your web browser and check it out. It’s fast and simple.
The directions are provided and easy to follow.
- You don’t have to collect the money. Just turn in your sponsor forms at the walkathon – SHPC will collect the money through the mail.
- The Walk for Life is only two miles (on the lovely Belmar boardwalk) so all ages can participate.
- You don’t have to be there that day to participate. Just walk on your own in your neighborhood within a week or so of the walkathon and then mail in your sponsor form to SHPC, but we encourage you to join us in Belmar if you can.
- As soon as you reach $250 in pledges (just 12 sponsors, usually), you receive a free T- shirt! You will be surprised at the number of people who will support you. In fact, nine out of ten people will say YES.
- If you raise a total of $300 in pledges using FirstGiving, you will receive a free sport shirt.
