Meet Bridge FM Teacher Chuck Smith in New Jersey!
Pastor Chuck Smith will be the guest speaker Calvary Chapel Old Bridge (CCOB) on Wednesday, September 23rd, in celebration of the church's 25th anniversary.
The Calvary Chapel movement (www.calvarychapel.org) began more than forty years ago, as Pastor Chuck took over a small church in Costa Mesa, CA during the Jesus Movement. Today the movement has grown to include several thousand churches worldwide, as well as media, radio, publishing, and teaching ministries.
Well-known pastor and BridgeFM teacher Lloyd Pulley came to the east coast in September of 1984 with a heart to plant a Calvary Chapel in central New Jersey. Little did he know that 25 years later the ministries of CCOB would involve more than 5000 people each week in Old Bridge, and countless others around the world via radio and internet.
